Senior executive experienced in financial and high tech corporations.  Solid knowledge of international banking, credit, business development, strategic planning and government relations.  Excellent people skills, high ethical standards, action oriented and creative.

 Mr. Montilla completed advanced studies at Michigan State University, Northwestern University and the New York Institute of Finance.  He initiated his career in investment banking with the firm of Eastman Dillon, Union Securities.  Subsequently Neil joined Citibank in Corporate Banking and became Resident Vice President of Real Estate Lending in Puerto Rico.  After 2 years on a leave of absence from Citibank serving as President of the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (government development corporation), Mr. Montilla was named President of General Electric Credit Corp.’s operations based in Puerto Rico which became the leader in credit card operations in Puerto Rico.  Banco Popular de Puerto Rico acquired GECC and Mr. Montilla was named Senior Vice President of the Consumer area.  After a term as Senior Vice President managing all lending activities at Consolidated Bank, based in Miami, he joined Apple Computer as CFO for the Latin American and Caribbean region later moving to Lucent Technologies in the same role.  At the beginning of 2004, Mr. Montilla returned to Miami from the United Kingdom after completing a 4-year assignment serving as International Controller for Avaya, Inc. (Lucent spin off).  In 2004, Mr. Montilla joined JBalaguer & Associates
