Flavio Féliz

Mr. Féliz is a Professional Systems Engineer, whose career spans more than 17 years in the payment systems industry, including over 10 years with Banco Nacional de Crédito, and Banco Gerencial y Fiduciario in the Dominican Republic, as Director of Bankcard Services and Manager of Customer Services, Technology and Settlements. During his career, Flavio has also served as senior consultant and project planner with several financial institutions, in support of the implementation of new debit and credit bankcard products. Flavio joined JBalaguer & Associates in 2003.
