Mrs. Montilla brings over 15 years of experience in the areas of customer services and payment systems in the Latin America and Caribbean Region. She worked for major corporations such as J.C. Penney, Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, American Express, Visa International and Ryder Systems. During Mrs. Montilla’s professional career she supervised and directed all activities related to payment systems, development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as resources re-engineering. Mrs. Montilla joined JBalaguer & Associates in 1998.
